About your ticket

Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.

You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.

Printout of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a printout, then you can keep it with you.

You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance, but if asked anywhere, then you can produce it.

General entry for individuals aged 3 years and above.

Children 3-15 years must be accompanied by an Adult.

Free admission for children under 3 years old, the tickets can be collected from the counter

Tickets that are booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

By Car or Taxi:

Set your destination to: LuLu Hypermarket – Dubai Festival City Mall (South Entrance)

Once you arrive at the LuLu entrance from outside, you’ll see The Messi Experience directly opposite, across from LuLu, near Festival Bay.    

By Metro:

Option 1 – Green Line:

Take the Metro to Creek Station (Green Line)

From there, take a taxi or ride-hailing service (approx. 7–10 mins) to LuLu Hypermarket – Dubai Festival City Mall (South Entrance)  

Option 2 – Red Line:

Take the Metro to Emirates Station (Red Line) (near Airport Road and Marrakech Street, Garhoud)

From there, you can:

Take the direct RTA bus to Dubai Festival City Mall

Or take a taxi directly to the LuLu entrance (South side)    

Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the venue

Footwear Recommendations: For safety and comfort during the immersive experience, it’s advisable to wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. High heels are not suitable due to the nature of the activities involved

You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?

You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
