Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at CityLaila . We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at CityLaila. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at CityLaila, you agree to the terms along with CityLaila's Privacy Policy.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION -  Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within an hour of receipt of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY -  Please remember we have a cancellation policy for each product individually. If we have mentioned no refund or date change, then we will adhere to the policy rule accordingly. After buying the ticket, you can check the ticket cancellation policy on the ticket. 

REFUND POLICY - Please remember we have a refund and return policy for each product individually. You need to check the description of the product before buying it. If we have mentioned for any product NO cancellation then there will be NO refund after the purchase.  If we have mentioned a partial refund or full refund then we will adhere to the policy rule accordingly. As per our policy customers will get a refund of the amount within 7 working days after the confirmation.  Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
