About your ticket
Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as in your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.
You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.
Print out of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a print out then you can keep it with you.
You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance but if asked anywhere then you can produce it.

Cancellation policy
If cancellations were made 48 hours prior to the tour departure time then no charges will be applicable. And a refund of your money will be initiated back to your Account within 7 working days.
If Cancellation is made within 48 hours to your tour departure time then 100% charges will be applicable and no refund will be done.

Important information
All guests are required to take prior permission to enter Dibba Musandam. Our team will contact you for Passport and visa details to apply for the permission.
Please note that the procedure for permission requires a minimum of 3 working days so kindly share the details on time.
It is also mandatory for all guests to carry the original Passport at the time of your Tour.
Guest should carry their own Swimwear and fishing equipment
The pick up / drop off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
In case you select Without Transfers you are required to report at the location at least 30 minutes before the cruise departure time.
No Luggage is allowed to be carried during any activity.
There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour schedule, the service provider can charge 100% of the tour fee.
