Please display this ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance of the attraction. Print out of the ticket is not necessary but if you want to keep it with you then you can.

Age Policy:

Guests aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, holding a valid admission ticket. Note that children aged 3 and under do not require a ticket or reserved space and are permitted to enter the Park for free.

Validity:

Tickets sent are valid for 150 days you can check in the ticket the exact date when they can be used. You can use it any time before the validity date and enjoy the flexibility of using the ticket. 

Cancellation policy:

Tickets once booked cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

Motiongate Dubai is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

A taxi would be the best way to reach the venue.

Important Information

Guests under the age of 3 are permitted to enter MOTIONGATE™ Dubai for free.

Some of the rides/attractions may be closed due to technical, weather, operational, or general maintenance reasons on the day of your visit. Please check at the gate for the most up-to-date information.

All attractions will close 30 minutes prior to the park's closing time.

How much time do I need at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai?

You will need approximately 6 hours to explore and enjoy the theme park at Dubai Parks & Resorts.

What are the options to experience the theme parks at Dubai Parks & Resorts?

With this ticket, you have the option to choose from 1 day 2 parks or 1 day 4 parks with skip-the-line.

Is MOTIONGATE™ Dubai an indoor or outdoor theme park?

There are outdoor exhibits you can experience but shows and rides are indoors. The DreamWorks section which has four zones is also completely indoor.

Are children allowed to experience this theme park?

Children above the age of 3 can enter the park with a valid admission ticket. Children 13 years and below must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older and holds a general admission ticket. Please note, infants 0-3 years can enter the theme park for free.
