Children below 3 years and under 1.05 meters in height will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost.

Note that only guests aged between 12 - 65 years are allowed for the glass slide.

By Car: The location is at a distance of 23.4 km from the Dubai city center. You can reach the destination within 25 minutes by car.

By Metro: The location is at a distance of 29.2 km from the Al Ghubaiba Metro Station. You can reach the destination within 30 minutes.

Sky Views Dubai

By bus: The closest bus stop is Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board buses 30, DO3, DO3A, and more to get you there.

By metro: The closest metro station is the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board the MRED to get you there.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park except for designated smoking areas.

Only personal handbags can be brought upstairs. All travel luggage, trolleys, and baby strollers can be stored in the luggage room at the entrance lobby of Sky Views Observatory. It can be picked up after the experience has been completed.
