Age policy

Ski Dubai: 

Children below 3 years of age are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons. 

Children above 3 years are allowed to enter Ski Dubai but with parent/adult supervision. 

Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times and are to be supervised by an adult of 16 years.

Aquaventure waterpark: 

Guests below the age of 2 years will get free entry.

Guests above the age of 2 years will have to book a ticket.

Children must be 13 years of age to get entry to the park without the supervision of an adult.

For the safety of the guests, some rides are restricted for those who are below 1.2 m of height.

Cancellation policy

Aquaventure waterpark

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

Ski Dubai

If tickets are canceled 48 hours before the visit, then full refund will be processed.

If tickets are canceled 24 hours before the visit, then only 50% refund will be processed.

If tickets are canceled on the same day of visit, then no refund will be initiated.

The date and time of the validity will be mentioned in your ticket itself.

How to reach?

Ski Dubai: The location is 13.8 km from the city center, it will take 11 minutes via the Sheikh Zayed Rd/E11 route. And If you are taking the metro, then get down at Mall of the Emirates Metro Station.

Aquaventure waterpark: Aquaventure Waterpark is located inside the Atlantis Hotel on Crescent Road, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The Palm Atlantis Monorail Station is the closest public transport station and is about 1 km away (10-minute walk).

You are requested to check the official website of both these attractions if any kind of maintenance work is going or not before booking your tickets to avoid any type of inconvenience during your visit.

Dress code: 

Anything you can wear but be sober and decent in your attire selection as revealing clothes are not accepted in the Middle East.

Ski Dubai:

The Adult pricing applies to all guests who are aged 3 or more for this experience.
