Age policies

IMG World of adventure: 

No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Premises unless accompanied by an adult. Kids' height less than 105 cm is free. 

Legoland water park: 

Guests aged 13 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times, holding a valid admission ticket. 

Children under 3 years old do not require a ticket or reserved space and are permitted to enter the Park for free.

Cancellation policy

Tickets that are once purchased cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

Validity

The date and time of the validity will be mentioned in your ticket itself.

The theme park is located on E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road), next to Global Village.

By Car: The location is at a distance of 23.4 km from the Dubai city center. You can reach the destination within 25 minutes by car.

By Metro: The location is at a distance of 29.2 km from the Al Ghubaiba Metro Station. You can reach the destination within 30 minutes.

Legoland water park:

The water park is located at Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

A taxi would be the best way to reach the venue.

You are requested to check the official websites of both these attractions if any kind of maintenance work is going or not before booking your tickets to avoid any type of inconvenience during your visit.

IMG World of adventure:

Dress yourself with an attire that is modest and decent as revealing clothes are against the culture of the Middle East.

Some of the rides at IMG have height restrictions, so it's important to check these before getting in line to avoid disappointment.

Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the park, except for baby food and medically necessary items. However, there are plenty of food and drink options available for purchase inside the park.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park except for designated smoking areas.

Taking photographs and videos is allowed throughout the park, except for designated areas where photography is not allowed for safety reasons.

Legoland Water park:

When you arrive at the park, we recommend that you pick up a map and check the daily entertainment schedule posted in the park to plan out your day and make the most of your visit.

It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes as the experience may involve a fair amount of walking.

Pregnant women should avoid any of the water based rides.

Outside food is not allowed in the park. You can enjoy your meals from the food and beverage outlets located inside the park.
