Age Policy:

Children aged 2 and under may enter the Yas Island Theme Parks for free and do not require an admission ticket or reserved space. 

Individuals aged 3 and above must hold a valid, paid admission ticket to gain entry.

Cancellation Policy:

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

Validity

Tickets sent are valid for 150 days you can check in the ticket the exact date when they can be used. You can use any time before the validity date and enjoy the flexibility of  using the ticket.

There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the tour.

ATMs, Prayer rooms, Baby changing and feeding facilities, smoking areas are located on the Plaza level.

Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.

The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.

Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?

You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
