About your Ticket

Your ticket will be emailed and will also be sent to your WhatsApp instantly with respect to availability.

Please display this ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance of the attraction. Print out of the ticket is not required but if you want to keep it with you then you can.

You can also carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students are required to show their valid Student IDs.

How to Redeem?

Within 24 hours after the completion of booking, you’ll receive your ticket on your email.

Make sure that you check your spam / junk folder or notify us in case you don’t find it in your inbox.  

Print the ticket or show its mobile version to exchange it for your physical tickets once you arrive at the destination.

Age Policy

Children under 2 years will be considered as infant. Entry will be free of cost.

All Children above 2 must hold a valid ticket. 

Validity

Tickets sent are valid for 180 days you can check in the ticket the exact date when they can be used. You can use any time before the validity date and enjoy the flexibility of using the ticket.

Cancellation policy:

Tickets once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

In case tickets are cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Important Information

The event will occur at Festival Bay, Dubai Festival City Mall from 09 April to 20 June. 

All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter the circus tent.

No refunds or exchanges.

Seats are in grandstand form to comfortably guarantee everyone an optimum sight line.

Doors will open 30 min before the performance begins.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?

You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
