With zipline lengths ranging from 337 meters to just over 1 km, and speeds averaging 60 kph, you will surely enjoy the bird's-eye view of the towering Hajar mountains. As you navigate through the sky, you'll also have the opportunity to visit the UAE's highest sky bridge.

About your ticket

Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.

Printout of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a printout, then you can keep it with you.

The easiest way to reach Jebel Jais Zipline From Dubai is to take a private taxi from Dubai. You can also take a bus from the Dubai Bus Station or hire a car from a rental service.

You are also requested to check the official website if any kind of maintenance work is going or not before booking the tickets to avoid any type of inconvenience during your visit.

Make sure to wear sturdy trainers, running shoes, or completely closed-toe shoes with good grip (flip flops, reefs, sandals, high heels, or loose footwear not allowed). Wear typical athletic clothing (dresses or skirts are not allowed). Make sure that your clothes should be able to withstand the rough terrain. If your experience is during the winter months, do bring a jacket as the mountain weather can be quite cold and windy. Remember to use sunblock at all times.

Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. This is required during the activity for verification purposes.

Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.

The weight should be between a minimum of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg. Height should be a minimum of 122 cm.

Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and any loose footwear are not allowed. It is recommended to tie up your hair and avoid wearing large accessories such as earrings, bracelets, etc.

Small lockers will be provided to store personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.

The candidate should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
