Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.

You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.

Printout of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a printout, then you can keep it with you.

You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance, but if asked anywhere, then you can produce it.

Children between 0-12 years will be considered child.

Children above 12 years are considered as adults and will be charged adult rate.

To enter the park all guests should have a minimum height of 110cm and above. Any height lower will not be provided admission.

Cancellation policy

Tickets that are booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

How to reach?

Metro: The nearest station is the Damac Metro Station (red line – M1 and a 10-minute walk from there to Aqua Fun

Dubai Tram: Get off at Station 1 (Jumeirah Beach Residence 1), or get off at Station 2 (Jumeirah Beach Residence 2).

Bus: The following buses can be taken based on departing location: 28, 84 and F55A

Taxi: You can book any private or public taxi and head directly to Aqua Fun

Important Information

Visitors entering the park should have a minimum of 110cm and above. Any height lower will not be provided admission.

Visitors need to swim to the park. Life jackets will be provided with each ticket. To swim, it's approximately 15 metres to reach to the park.

Life Jacket will be provided to you with each booked ticket.

You can also find several life guards operating at the park observing and monitoring everyone playing.

All tickets that will be provided to you will give you access for a whole day from opening to closing times.

The best time to visit the park is morning 9 -11 AM or from 2pm to Sunset to avoid the heat during the summer.

Tickets must be purchased for only those people who are entering the water park and playing. If you observe from the shoreline you do not need to purchase a ticket.

Changing rooms are available less than 2 minutes away from the reception.

There are also showers available nearby at 'The Beach' which is also less than 5 minutes away.

Towels are not provides so you can bring one or there are many shops nearby that can offer towels.

The parking in JBR is paid for. However, the fully day parking in some car parks have been know to offer it for 20-25DHS.

Ticket booking is very easy. Any of the methods you can choose and book your tickets.

What is the method of payment to book the tickets?

You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.

How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?

You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?

You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
