About your ticket
Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.
You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.
Printout of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a printout, then you can keep it with you.
You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance, but if asked anywhere, then you can produce it.

Age Policy:
Infant between 0-3 years of age will be allowed free entry.
Children above the age of 3 to 11 years will be considered child and will be charged child rate.
Children above the age of 12 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
Cancellation policy
Tickets that are booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.
In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

The date and time of the validity will be mentioned in your ticket itself.

Important Information
All ticket holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (of 21+ years) in order to ride the Ain Dubai Attraction.
For safety reasons photography is forbidden during boarding and disembarking the Cabins.
Only food and beverages purchased at the Ain Dubai Attraction will be permitted to take inside the Cabins.
Smoking including e-cigarettes and ‘vaping’ is strictly prohibited inside the Cabins or anywhere in the Premises of Ain Dubai. Smoking is only allowed at designated areas within the Premises.
A ride in a Cabin takes approximately 38 minutes, with occasional stops and starts. You will not be able to disembark the Cabin until the ride has completed its journey.
To ensure your safety and security, bags will be inspected prior to entering the Premises, and prior to boarding the Ain Dubai Attraction.
All ticket holders are expected to dress respectfully whilst riding the Ain Dubai Attraction.
Last flight departs at the closing time of the Ain Dubai Attraction.
Tickets can be purchased for a shared cabin or for a private cabin.
All riders require tickets including children below the age of 3 years; under 3’s will be issued a complimentary ticket upon arrival at the venue, and proof of age maybe required. Strollers and pushchairs will be permitted in the Cabins.
Guests travelling as a group may not always be able to travel in the same Cabin.
Filming for commercial purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

What is the method of payment to book the tickets?
You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.
How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?
You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.
Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?
You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
