Age Policy:

Children 4 to 12 years will be considered as a child and charged a child rate.

Children above 12 years will be considered as an adult and charged at adult rates.

All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

We will continue to offer complimentary access to Level 54 (Next Level) until we complete the ongoing enhancement work on Level 52.

Fast Track tickets are available in the portal for those who wish to skip the line & get fast track entry.

• Pets are not permitted.

• The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the Ticket. Late comers will not be admitted.

• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
  

• Children can access the Lounge with the regular junior admission tickets when accompanied with an adult during non-prime hours. Soft Beverages are available at the Lounge with an extra charge.
