Age Policy:
Note that only guests aged between 12 - 65 years are allowed for the glass slide.
Children under the age of 3 years can avail free entry.
Children over 3 years of age are allowed to view the sky observatory at the common ticket price with a ticket.
Minors under 18 years of age are required the consent of their parent/s in person.
Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 50 to 100 kg will be allowed for the glass slide.
Height criteria: Guests with heights ranging from 130 cm to 210 cm will be allowed for the glass slide.
Cancellation Policy:
Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.
Validity
Tickets sent are valid for 150 days you can check in the ticket the exact date when they can be used.
You can use any time before the validity date and enjoy the flexibility of using the ticket.

Note that for visitors who wish to watch the sunset between 3pm and 7pm, it's recommended to book an entry time approx. 90min prior during peak seasons.
