You can also carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students are required to show their valid Student IDs.

The validity of the ticket will be clearly mentioned in the ticket itself..
Age Policy:
Park restrictions are based on height rather than age. Children who are above the height of 1.05m have to get the tickets at a discounted rate, while children below 1.05m enjoy free admission.
No child or children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the Premises unless accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.
Cancellation policy:
Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

How to Reach?
The theme park is located on E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road), next to Global Village.
The venue is not connected directly via Metro.
Take a taxi from either the Dubai Mall Metro or the Mall of Emirates Metro.
The Haunted Hotel
