Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.

Children below 3 years and under 1.05 meters in height will be considered infants, and entry will be free of cost.

Children above 3 years & heights between 1.05 meters and 1.2 meters will be considered as child and charged child rate.

The theme park is located on E311 (Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road), next to Global Village.

By Car: The location is at a distance of 23.4 km from the Dubai city center. You can reach the destination within 25 minutes by car.

By Metro: The location is at a distance of 29.2 km from the Al Ghubaiba Metro Station. You can reach the destination within 30 minutes.

View at the Palm

By Metro: The monorail stops right in front of the tower and is available throughout the day.

By Car: The most convenient way to get to Palm Tower is by hailing a taxi.

Some of the rides at IMG have height restrictions, so it's important to check these before getting in line to avoid disappointment.

Outside food and drink are not allowed inside the park, except for baby food and medically necessary items. However, there are plenty of food and drink options available for purchase inside the park.

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the park except for designated smoking areas.

Taking photographs and videos is allowed throughout the park, except for designated areas where photography is not allowed for safety reasons.

Entry timings and/or Ticket prices may be changed, varied, or amended without notice or liability.

Personal belongings must be kept in a safe place. Liability for any lost or stolen property is expressly excluded.

Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby refused. The outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions for your safety. Refunds and re-scheduling of entry are not offered for inclement weather.
