The hot air balloon flight route is subject to change or variation due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may arise.

Cancelling the flight due to the weather conditions and your passengers are unable to reschedule to fly on the next available date, you will be provided with a full refund.
