About your ticket
Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as in your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.
You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.
Print out of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a print out then you can keep it with you.
You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance but if asked anywhere then you can produce it.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations that are made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time then in that case charges will be applicable. Refunds will be initiated within 7 working days into your bank account.
And if cancellation is made within 24 hours of your tour departure time then 100% charges will be applicable.

How to reach?
By Bus/Taxi: You can take buses from Sabkhka, Bus Station 1 to Hatta Wadi Hub, or opt for RTA buses or taxis, the latter of which can be very expensive.
By Car: It is approximately 130 kilometers, a 90-minute drive, from the Dubai Airport. The shortest route to reach Hatta from Dubai is to take the E102 from E44 or E611.

A penalty of AED 50 will be charged for each hour or part thereof for exceeding the designated activity time or failing to return safety equipment on time.
Activities will close 30 minutes before the park's official closing time to allow for proper clean-up and safety checks.
All equipment must be returned 15 minutes prior to closing to ensure a smooth transition for all guests.
