All bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the tour departure time.
Within 24 hours, the guest will receive the edited reels via WhatsApp, email, or any other requested digital method.
If the guests book the flying dress videography tour, the Supplier will deliver the dress to the guest's hotel prior to the tour. The dress will be used exclusively for video shooting purposes and must be returned by the guests at the end of the tour.
In the case that guests are dissatisfied with the editing or quality of the reels, a video revision option will be provided.
Guests may cancel the tour free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the tour's departure time.
