Fill your eyes and heart to the max with the architectural marvel that the museum is. Shaped to be an oblong-shaped structure with striking calligraphy panels all around, it is a surreal experience to just look at it.
The experience is firsthand as you are not just a guest but also a valuable important contributor to the Museum and the life of sustainable development.
Get to the 5th floor on a simulated space shuttle that will take you to the future.
Make your way down through each floor to see the different chapters spread across the 5 floors of the museum.
The Chapters being OSS Hope, Heal Institute, Al Waha, Tomorrow Today & Future Heroes.
Your Dubai Future Museum ticket will be emailed and will also be sent to your WhatsApp instantly with respect to availability.
Please display this ticket on your mobile phone at the entrance of the attraction. Print out of the ticket is not necessary but if you want you can keep it with you.
You can also carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students are required to show their valid Student IDs.

Age Policy:
Infants and toddlers aged between (0-3) are allowed free entry.
Guests aged above 3 will be charged as per the adult fare.
All children are to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Cancellation Policy:
Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

You took a space shuttle and now you find yourself in the year 2071. The world feels different, everything around you looks different, get to experience all of it! Throughout the experience you need to know that you are an important contributor to the overall experience and not a mere watcher of someone else’s creation.
‘Museum’ is a word that brings the fine art, history, and traditions of various cultures into your mind when you think of it- but the Museum of the Future is nothing like it! Take a journey through time, 50 years into the future, there is a lot you missed and now you need to catch on!
Divided into 5 "chapters", there will be various themes to explore like climate change, ecology, health, wellness, spirituality, imagination, and the future of space travel and living! Making use of immersive theater, interactive exhibits, and themed attractions, the Dubai Museum of the Future will show you why it is not the museum you would think of!
The Various Chapters of the Dubai Museum of the Future
Chapter 1: OSS Hope (Floor 5)
The space shuttle has brought you to Orbital Space Station (OSS) Hope. Get a briefing of your mission through a video recording, before entering the station's command center. Learn about all the interesting missions, discoveries, and inventions undertaken by OSS Hope before moving on. Fun fact! 3D Walls and the model itself are made from recycled material and you're allowed to touch it!
Don’t forget to make sure to sign up to become a pioneer yourself (especially recommended for children).
Chapter 2: Heal Institute (Floor 4)
Briefing done? Time to go back to your drop pod and take the trip back to planet earth i.e., the floor below where you will continue your journey. Find Heal Institute there, a place focused on climate change. Take a walk into "The Vault of Life” which contains a DNA library of 2000+ species and a stress on the need to repair damages caused by climate change.
Before heading to the next chapter, take a peek into the monitoring room where new species are evaluated!
Chapter 3: Al Waha (Floor 3)
Al Waha means "The Oasis", and the chapter is focused on the disconnection from technology of any kind and engaging all your senses in a meaningful experience. This chapter stresses to find a balance between reality and virtuality. Advancement of technology should not overshadow the importance of imagination. Enjoy the many interactive exhibits here.
Make a wish at the wishing pool & engage in the various interactive solo and group activities.
Chapter 4: Tomorrow Today (Floor 2)
The short lack of technology gives you a new perspective and now it's time to dive back in and check out all the technological advancements the world has seen since 2022. The theme being us leading our planet to a better future in the dimensions of environment, culture, social, and political.
Find an entrance to a viewing deck on this floor where you’ll be on the inner shell of the museum with the curve of the building behind you. Don’t forget to snap some Instagram-worthy shots while here.
Chapter 5: Future Heroes (Floor 1)
Got some kids with you? The best for the last is to be found at the “Future Heroes” a place where the planet’s future heroes- the children- get to be in a space to let their imagination run wild.

How to Reach?
The Museum of the Future occupies a prime location adjacent to the Jumeirah Emirates
Towers in Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road.
You are requested to check the official website if any kind of maintenance work is going or not before booking the tickets to avoid any type of inconvenience during your visit.
What to Wear:
Anything of your comfort and casualness that will let you walk around easily and is modest and covered as revealing clothes is not a culture of the Middle East.

Important Information
Note that the tickets need to be exchanged for wristbands at the entrance. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes before your booked time slot.
Note that the museum has a strict policy for maintaining the time slot selected. Besides a grace period of 30 mins before/after the selected time slot, early/late entrance to the Museum will be denied.
Infant strollers are allowed inside the museum
You are encouraged to travel via Metro or other more sustainable means. Self-parking for museum ticket holders on the day of validity is available free of charge for 3 hours, however, parking spaces are limited and subject to availability (electric car charging is available). Valet parking is available at an additional charge.
The full self-guided visit is expected to take approximately 2 hours. Please ensure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your booked time slot. If you miss your entry time, the attraction will try to accommodate you on the next available time slot on the same day, based on availability.
Photography and videography are allowed as long as the images are taken using existing light only (no flash) and are for personal, non-commercial use.
Please dress in a manner that is appropriate for a public space in the UAE and is respectful of the local culture.
Food and beverages are available for purchase and are to be consumed in designated areas. Guests may bring their own food to consume in the lobby and gardens. Caregivers may bring snacks and drinks to the Future Heroes floor, but not past the entry barrier. No food or drink is allowed in the other exhibitions out of concern for the safety of all guests.
