Age policies

IMG World: 

No child or children under the age of 12 years will be admitted to the premises unless accompanied by an adult. 

Green Planet: 

Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult 18+ at all times.

Infants (under 2 years) will require a proof of age. If at the time of entry, the infant is 2 or above, then a responsible adult should purchase a correct ticket at the gate.

Cancellation policy

IMG World:

Tickets that are once booked cannot be canceled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

Green planet:

Tickets can be canceled within 24 hrs of booking. After that cancellation will not be allowed and if you still want to cancel then there will be no refund of your money.

By Car: The location is at a distance of 23.4 km from the Dubai city center. You can reach the destination within 25 minutes by car.

By Metro: The location is at a distance of 29.2 km from the Al Ghubaiba Metro Station. You can reach the destination within 30 minutes.

Green Planet:

By Metro: The location is at a distance of 650 m from the Dubai Petroleum Corporation Station. You can reach the location by walking for 8 minutes only.

By Bus: You can take the Subway, line 106 bus, or line 81 bus to reach the activity location.
