About your ticket

Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as to your WhatsApp number instantly with respect to availability.

You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction.

Printout of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a printout, then you can keep it with you.

You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance, but if asked anywhere, then you can produce it.

Age Policy

Children aged 0 to 3 years can avail free entry.

Children over 3 years of age are allowed to view the sky observatory at the common ticket price with a ticket.

Minors under 18 years of age are required the consent from their parent/s in person.

Cancellation policy

Tickets that are booked cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please go through the terms and conditions mentioned on your ticket for cancellation.

The date and time of the validity will be mentioned in your ticket itself.

How to Reach?

By bus: The closest bus stop is Dubai Mall Metro Bus Stop Landside 1. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board buses 30, DO3, DO3A, and more to get you there.

By metro: The closest metro station is the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station. It is a quick 6-minute walk to the attraction. Board the MRED to get you there.

Dress code

You can wear anything of your comfort but be decent and sober because revealing clothes are against the culture of the Middle East.

What is the method of payment to book the tickets?

You can easily book your tickets through the following online modes: debit card, credit card, phone Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. If you want, you can also visit our office and pay the ticket booking amount in cash.

How will I get my ticket after the booking is confirmed?

You can get your tickets instantly via your Whatsapp number, which you used while booking, and also you will receive them at your email address.

Can I cancel my ticket and change my travel date?

You can check the Cancellation policy in the above section, and for the validity of the ticket, you can check your ticket itself. If your ticket is an open-date ticket, you can visit any day before the ticket validity.
