About your ticket

Your ticket voucher will be emailed to your mobile as well as in your whatsapp number instantly with respect to availability.

You need to show the ticket voucher on your mobile phone at the entry gate of the attraction. 

Print out of the ticket is not necessary. If you want to keep a print out then you can keep it with you.

You can also carry your ID proof. It is not required to show at the entrance but if asked anywhere then you can produce it.

Kids under 12 years are not allowed at the lounge.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation can be done only if given 14 days advance notice from the date of booking.

If given notice 14 days before then cancellation will be done with full refund.

How to reach?

Aura sky pool is located above the Nakheel mall and is located in the middle of the Palm island next to the main road. One can easily reach there by car.

By Metro: 9.1 km away from Al Khail Metro Station and can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car/ cab.

AURA has the right to relocate your seating to a different view than booked in case of extreme weather conditions.  

AURA can also close the venue and all tickets purchased to be used during this time will be refunded or amended.

Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times.

Inappropriate swimwear or without swimwear will not be allowed to enter the Infinity pool deck.

Tickets will not be refunded if one’s entry is refused because of their influence under drugs or alcohol.

This ticket is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire thereafter.
